2019 Appraisal Roll Certified

The Van Zandt County Appraisal Review Board acted to approve the District’s Appraisal Records on Thursday, July 11th.  Chief Appraiser, Scott Hyde, certified the 2019 Appraisal Roll to the District’s taxing entities Friday, July 12th.  Summary reports of the 2019 Appraisal Roll can be found by clicking HERE.

Business Personal Property Renditions DUE NOW

Please note that the new deadline for timely submitting the Business Personal Property Rendition is April 1st.  A 10% penalty is applied to all accounts that are filed late.  A 30 day extension may be granted when submitted in writing on or before the April 1st deadline.  Renditions and extensions requests may be submitted electronically to bpp@vzcad.org
